Terms of service

By creating an account or using Dayboard you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Your account

• You need a real email address that you control. Verify it within seven days or the account is closed.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your password to yourself.
• One person, one account. Please don't share sign-in details.

Your content

What you put into Dayboard stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and send it in the emails you have turned on, which is what running the service means. Don't store anything you don't have the right to, and don't use Dayboard to harass people or to break the law.

Organizations

Whoever creates an organization owns it and decides who joins and with what role. Content in an organization belongs to that organization, and its admins and owner can edit or remove it, including after you leave.

The service

• Dayboard is provided as is. We work to keep it fast and available but make no promise that it will always be.
• We may change or stop features, and will say so in advance where we reasonably can.
• We may close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using Dayboard.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and note it in the app.
